What is ModerNash going to do if IKEA® opens in Nashville?
First: We'll curl up into a ball, suck our thumbs and cry for mommy.
Second: We'll slowly get off the floor, dry the tears from our eyes and realize that shipping IKEA® products only accounts for a small portion of our business.
Third: (with the Rocky theme playing in the background) We'll continue to focus on what we do best: personal shopping, white glove delivery and professional assembly and installation of all IKEA® products including custom IKEA® kitchens, office workspaces and home entertainment centers.
How much does it cost to have my furniture assembled?
Since IKEA® makes over 24,000 products and the assembly time can vary drastically from one item to the next, furniture assembly is quoted based on the amount of time it will take our team to complete the assembly of the specific furniture pieces from your order. If you would like a quote for IKEA® furniture assembly please contact us with the list of products you need assembled or select our assembly quote option when using our online shopping cart and we’ll send you a custom quote ASAP.
How do I install the ModerNash shopping cart to order IKEA® products to be shipped by ModerNash?
First watch the You Tube® tutorial video on our Shop Now page and follow the instructions for downloading our shopping cart bookmark to your web browser. If you are unable to install the bookmark please contact our technical support team and include what browser and version you are using as well as a contact phone number and we’ll connect with you to troubleshoot the problem.

What do I do if my furniture is damaged once I take it out of the box?
No need to fret, we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and exchange them for new ones. If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you ASAP. For more details check out our policies.
What are my pick-up and delivery options once my furniture is in Nashville?
You can pick-up your furniture from our convenient showroom location or use our White Glove in-home delivery service for an additional fee.
What forms of payment does ModerNash accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online and in our showroom. We also accept cash or check for in-store purchases.
What happens if my furniture is out-of-stock once you get to IKEA®?
If any part of an order is out-of-stock ModerNash will pick the item(s) up on our next trip to IKEA® unless a request to cancel that part of the order is received prior to our next scheduled IKEA® trip. For further info about out-of-stock items please see our policies.
