What is ModerNash going to do now that IKEA® is opening in Nashville?
First: We'll wish they would open quicker than the summer of 2020. We'll have beards down to our knees by then.
Second: We'll jump for joy because as much as we like going to IKEA®, not having to rely on shipping products from hundreds of miles away is going to be awesome!
Third: (with the Rocky theme playing in the background) We'll continue to focus on what we do best: personal shopping, white glove delivery, kitchen design and professional assembly and installation of all IKEA® products including IKEA® kitchens, office workspaces, wardrobes and home entertainment centers.
How does ModerNash's shipping compare to IKEA's?
ModerNash ships 2-3 times quicker than IKEA® on average. We offer shipping timeframes of 1-2 weeks for in-store pick-ups and 2-3 weeks for orders with our White Glove in-home delivery service. Based on customer reviews of IKEA's shipping, their timeframes are between 3 and 6 weeks.
How much does it cost to have my furniture assembled?
Since IKEA® makes over 27,000 products and the assembly time can vary drastically from one item to the next, furniture assembly is quoted based on the amount of time it will take our team to complete the assembly of the specific furniture pieces from your order. If you would like a quote for IKEA® furniture assembly please contact us with the list of products you need assembled or select our assembly quote option when using our online shopping cart and we’ll send you a custom quote ASAP.
What do I do if my furniture is damaged once I take it out of the box?
No need to fret, we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and exchange them for new ones. If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you ASAP. For more details check out our policies.
What are my pick-up and delivery options once my furniture is in Nashville?
You can pick-up your furniture from our convenient showroom location or use our White Glove in-home delivery service for an additional fee.
What forms of payment does ModerNash accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online and in our showroom. We also accept cash or check for in-store purchases.
What happens if my furniture is out-of-stock once you get to IKEA®?
If any part of an order is out-of-stock ModerNash will pick the item(s) up on our next trip to IKEA® unless a request to cancel that part of the order is received prior to our next scheduled IKEA® trip. For further info about out-of-stock items please see our policies.
